March 1938: Voters pass by-law to fix assessment $10 M Dundas Chocolate Co. bought Neu Flame building

In 1941, the property was purchased by the Hamilton Cotton Company. (Dundas Star, 3 July 1941)

The building was located on the former Cotton Mill site.
