Fonds consists of administrative records related to the organization of centennial events and celebrations; records of committees and events; and photographs. Administrative records include correspondence, contracts, accounts, receipts, clippings, and a list of invited guests. Committee and event records include programmes, schedules, entry forms, event information, scrapbooks, registers, Certificates of Recognition, and the Souvenir Historical Program. The photographs include an album of images from the Hamilton Centennial in 1946 and the Dundas Centennial the following year; and photographs of various events: the parade, school reunion, "Miss Centennial" pageant, the Legion flag ceremony, Town Council, Webster's Falls, and Dundas buildings including Town Hall and the Doctor's Office.
